** March P&C Meeting Round-Up **

Thank you to everyone who attended our March P&C meeting and AGM last night… here’s a quick summary of the main points to help you stay in the know

Parent Survey results are in, thank you to everyone who participated. We will now use your feedback and ideas to create an action plan for 2019/2020

We had a great turnout at the movie night event and Clean Up Australia Day thank you to everyone who came along to support those events!!

Colour Explosion Run 4 Fun is happening Friday 29th March – we will be calling for volunteers to help out with that event shortly watch Facebook & emails for important dates and reminders.

We will also need volunteers for a chess regional tournament we’re hosting on Wed 27th March… if you can help in the CPAC canteen on that day, stay tuned for a signup form to be released soon!!

Do you have a small gift lying around you could donate to the Mothers Day Stall? Every gift donated = more money reinvested in our school drop any donations to the Uniform Shop or Tuckshop. Mothers Day stall happens Wed 8th May, more info on that soon.

We resolved to spend $1200 on 18 sets of readers from the new Griffith Uni “Susie The Scientist” and “Millie The Mathematician” series which aims to encourage girls in STEAM – an initiative we think is just awesome

A new executive team was elected for 2019/20 – thank you to all those incoming and outgoing executives who give so much to our school
